Made for you, one at a time

Every Neonliva sign is handmade in our workshop after you order. Because most of our signs are personalized, our return rules depend on the type of sign you bought.

Personalized and custom signs

Signs made to your specifications (custom text, names, dates, car designs, logos, custom sizes or colors) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. For customers in the EU and UK, personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Ready-made designs

Designs from our catalog that were not personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The sign must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the sign, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged on arrival

If your sign arrives damaged, email us at support@neonliva.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the sign and the packaging. We will remake and reship your sign at no cost, or give you a full refund if you prefer.

Defects

If your sign stops working within the warranty period, see the warranty section of our Terms of Service. We will repair or replace it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
