Shipping policy

Production time

Each sign is handmade after you order. Production takes 1–3 business days. For personalized signs, production starts after you approve your design preview.

Delivery time

We ship from our workshop in Bursa, Türkiye, with UPS and tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Duties and taxes

For orders to the United States and the European Union, import duties and taxes are included in the price. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.

For orders to Canada, import duties and taxes are not included in the price. The carrier collects them from you on delivery.

For orders to other countries, import duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your sign ships.

Power adapter

Every sign comes with a power adapter made for your country's plug and voltage. The adapter ships separately from a partner in your country, so it arrives in its own package and may come a few days before or after your sign. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of your sign, email support@neonliva.com and we will sort it out.

Holiday deadline

To receive your sign before Christmas in the United States, order by December 20.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will remake and reship it.
