Each sign is made in 1–3 business days in our Bursa workshop, then ships free with UPS tracking. Designs that were not personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your sign arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we will remake it.

How your sign is made.
From a clear acrylic sheet to a continuous line of light. Here's what happens inside your sign.
Step 01
Channel carving
We precisely carve the acrylic backboard to create a channel that holds the LED strip.
Step 02
LED installation
A high-brightness SMD LED strip is placed inside the channel for even, vibrant light.
Step 03
Silicone enclosure
Silicone tubing is fitted over the LED strip to diffuse the light into a smooth neon effect.
