From a clear acrylic sheet to a continuous line of light. Here's what happens inside your sign.
Step 01
Channel carving
We precisely carve the acrylic backboard to create a channel that holds the LED strip.
Step 02
LED installation
A high-brightness SMD LED strip is placed inside the channel for even, vibrant light.
Step 03
Silicone enclosure
Silicone tubing is fitted over the LED strip to diffuse the light into a smooth neon effect.
