Your LED neon and power adapter are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. If something stops working, we repair or replace it.
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Water exposure on indoor signs
- Repairs or changes made by someone other than Neonliva
How to make a claim
Email support@neonliva.com with your order number and a short video of the issue. We reply within 1 business day and tell you the next steps.
Damaged in transit
A sign that arrives damaged is handled under our returns rules: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we remake it.
